With a wide range of recycling options from anaerobic digesters, water treatment, recycling to land and many more, we can ensure each waste stream is recycled in the most beneficial, efficient and compliant manner. For recycling to land our innovative recycling solutions provide soil nourishment and increase crop yields. We ensure all recycling delivers agricultural benefits through expert agronomics and maintain the highest standards of good agricultural practice. For farmers the process is reliable and effortless, with each waste there is one Farm Liaison officer to communicate with that is FACTS qualified and part of the BASIS register, offering a holistic view on nutrient management.
We handle the complexity, so you can focus on your core business.
Our services include delivering and applying waste while providing an agricultural benefit. All waste recycling is subject to strict regulations controlled by the Environment Agency.
We work closely with farmers to provide a robust and efficient strategies for waste and nutrient management. Our experienced team take care of the whole process to ensures all agricultural land has the correct permits, from independent soil and waste analysis to creating waste and field specific spread rates and an application plan. Supported by our network of FACTS registered advisors who complete the deployment process for every field. All materials requiring analysis for permits are processed by independent laboratories to ensure controlled and reliable results.
Liquid waste can also serve as valuable feedstock for anaerobic digesters, producing green energy and digestate. We maintain partnerships with a large network of AD plants across the country, ensuring efficient waste utilisation and year-round solutions.
Our recycling operation consists of a wide range on equipment. Most recycling takes place with an umbilical set up, using disc injectors and a pumping system to ensure accurate application. Waste is transported to recycling sites in N-Virocycle own road tankers, ensures smooth recycling operations with full communication across all aspects of the business. With our specialized equipment and experienced operators, we can accommodate varying customer needs while maintaining the highest standards of service.
Our comprehensive solid waste management service includes efficient delivery and application, using skips or bulkers for delivery and a wide range on machinery for application, tailored to the specific waste needs.
Unlike liquid waste, solid waste materials contribute substantial organic matter to improve soil structure and health. Each waste stream contains varying nutrients, making it valuable for both direct land application and as feedstock for anaerobic digestion to produce green energy.

Unlike waste products, digestate carries PAS110 accreditation, setting it apart in terms of regulations and benefits. PAS110 allows the waste to be recycled without a permit from the environmental permitting regulations. Proving that the product is sustainable in its constituents. It is passed as a products rather than a waste as it needs criteria that include, no glass, plastic and low levels of bacteria.
Digestate is produced through the breakdown of organic material by microorganisms in oxygen-free conditions. This process generates both methane-rich biogas for fuel and nutrient-rich digestate for fertilizer use. The nutrients from the original feedstock remain in the digestate, but in a more available form than traditional slurry, providing available nutrients of Nitrogen, Phosphate and Sulphur.
Our recycling operation consists of a wide range on equipment. Most recycling taking place with an umbilical set up, using dribble bars and a pumping system to ensure accurate application. We also have a self-propelled Vredo that is provide an accurate application. Digestate is transported to recycling sites in N-Virocycle own road tankers, ensures smooth recycling operations with full communication across all aspects of the business. With our specialized equipment and experienced operators, we can accommodate varying customer needs while maintaining the highest standards of service.
